Situated on the Upper West Side, 272 West 86th Street was initially built as three separate mansions by C.P.H Gilbert in 1895. To preserve the historic limestone and Roman brick facade, our design features a new structure discreetly fashioned behind the existing surface for support. The interiors boast spacious and well-proportioned rooms which emphasize historic bay windows.
