MISSION STATEMENT

RICE Architects is a New York based multi-disciplinary architecture firm established in 1999 by namesake Barry Rice. Our boutique firm is well-schooled in architectural history and its practice, giving meticulous attention to all project aspects. The firm has experience in New York’s rarefied and competitive real estate market, producing the highest quality design services for numerous clients. 

True to its founder’s mission, RICE Architects works with preeminent developers on all aspects of design construction. We believe in providing sophisticated buildings that meet project timelines and budgets. 

Each project is the responsibility of a team that includes the Principal, the Project Manager, and staff members who work together to create design solutions. Understanding that every client is unique, we favor hands-on and specifically tailored services for each project. The utilization of technology allows RICE Architects to take on projects that are often associated with firms many times it’s size. RICE Architects achieves the highest quality of design, fluently managing and efficiently executing on-time and on-budget delivery.
