138 PIERREPONT STREET

Brooklyn, NY

Originally constructed in 1916 by York & Sawyer, The Brooklyn Trust Company Building was designed in an Italian Renaissance Revival style. Our design includes the adaptive reuse of this 50,000 SF historic bank to thirty-five new apartments on five levels. This individually landmarked building was repurposed to luxury residential use built around and above a landmarked interior, while maintaining a fully functioning banking facility at ground level.
