Designed by Schwartz & Gross in 1928, 40 East 72nd Street is an elegant Pre-War building. In collaboration with architect Jacques Grange, the landmarked facade was restored while the interiors are newly constructed. Each residence features private landings, oversized galleries, and generously proportioned rooms. The spaces have been enhanced by optimizing the ceiling heights and outdoor spaces.
